As with our Professional services, we believe the price you pay for your support service should scale proportionately to your needs. We don't make any distinctions between different I.T. infrastructures and offer the same pricing model to all of our customers.
Our model is very simple - you pay for the time you require from us. Our services are available between 08:00-18:00, Monday to Friday, and we plan to expand on this in the near future. However, if you need support beyond these hours, we may still be able to accommodate you so please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
We also believe our payment options should be simple too. We provide two payment schemes for purchasing your time with us up-font which you can swap between or combine to suite your business and how you use the support services we provide. Alternatively, you can simply pay-as-you-go but great discounts for pre-paid hours are available and increase as you select greater numbers of hours when ordering. This way, if you consume a large number of hours from our helpdesk in a month you will be much better off.
When starting with us, we recommend to our customers to consider how much they use (or intend to use) I.T. Support and subscribe to a recurring subscription of hours just below that level, and buy an "Hours Pack" to fall back on. Over the first few months, you can see within our portal how hours are consumed and upgrade or downgrade their subscription accordingly. We do not tie our customers into long contracts so you can modify or cancel a subscription at any time.
While we endeavor to resolve all calls remotely, there are times when this is just not possible and a site visit is required. In this situation, we do not count any time travelling to site against your hours (we're not resolving much while we drive,) and only count the time we spend on site. We do however add a £0.50 excl. VAT (£0.60 incl. VAT) per mile charge for road travel, and expenses for other forms of travel and overnight stay's should this be required.

Our standard, pay-as-you-go rate is £27.50 excl. VAT (£33 incl. VAT) per hour and this rate will always apply if there are no pre-paid hours credited to your account... but remember, by paying up front with a rolling monthly subscription, you can get support for as little as £10.00 excl. VAT (£12 incl. VAT) per hour.
